Great Rogue Gold Run (World of Warcraft cheat)

60 Rogue

Boss Soloing - BRD / ZF

I do constant runs for Pyromancer in BRD who drops BOP blues and Fiery Enchant. I get fiery enchant 1/5 times and sell it in Org for 20-30g.
With the new instance reset thing you can only do it 5 times so all I do is do it 5 times then logout for 5 mins then come back on and it works most of the time.

ZF

Basilisk boss, caster guy who is near him and gah'zilla. They all drop blues which disenchant into large radiant shards which I sell on my AH (Dentarg) for 8-9g gold a piece. 1 run is 25g.

I'm also looking for different ways to make money if anyone knows any? I tried that post "1000 gold an hour" and i got 3 robe of the archmage but they only sell for 40g on my server and it takes 30-45mins to get one as a drop.

Leveling 30-40 FOR THE HORDE! (World of Warcraft rouge)

Part one, Getting from 30-35:
So you have hopefully followed the instructions in the previous guide and gotten your flight paths and quests done like a good lil horde. If you haven’t done those quests, then I recommend peeking in at those areas and seeing if there is anything left. This guide is a general explanation of where to pickup quests. For details on how to complete quests, use www.thotbot.com.

At 30 you are chomping at the bit to level—halfway to 60 and 10 extremely long levels before your mount. Before you can move up, there is some running to do. You need to pick up 4 flight paths to set yourself up for success.

Descolace 30-31: From Stonetalon Mountains go south into Desolace. In the south western corner is a flight path for horde. Now I’ve never personally quested here but if you go to the Kodo graveyard (in the middle of the map) there are some quests to pick up and grind out. This is a really quite area and you could spend a level or 2 without getting ganked. Nice alternative for some of the other places you’ll go during this level range. For now all you care about is your flight path and a quest to talk to Hunter Nessing in Stranglethorn Grove.

Arathi Basin (Hammerfall) 31-33: Get to Undercity. Next to the flight guy is a quest giver to kill some guys at a farm in Arathi. Pick up that quest. Fly to Tarren Mill. Somewhere here is a quest to kill orges in Arathi Basin. Get on the road and head east. Once you enter the Arathi Basin zone veer to the North and you’ll run into a cave full of orges. Kill the orges and then keep heading north to the mountains. Follow the mountains to east to Hammerfall (this is the safest route). Along the way is a crystal to click which gives you a quest to kill some rat like creatures to the east of Hammerfall. Once you get to hammerfall turn in the orge quest and you’ll find there are several kill quests: winterbark trolls, dinosaurs, collecting something from a farm. Pick up these quests and off you go. Let me warn you, the drop rate in Hammefall is really low for collection quests so there is a long bit of grinding. The good news is when you get 40 the first aid quest is right in this city.

Strangelthorn Vale 33-36: Well it is time to learn (if you are on PVP server) all about ganking. Take the blimp from Grom Gol and pick up the flight path. If you don’t have the Booty Bay flight path, get to Ratchet and take the boat to Booty Bay. Check all the buildings for quests: leatherworker wants you to kill crocs and the inn has some money making ideas and needs your help. If you went to shimmering flats then you have a quest to turn in at Booty Bay any way. Pick up your flight path at the top of the inn. Now back to Grom Gol for the questing.

Hang on–you have an elite quest to pick up a tablet in the vile reef? This is actually soloable. Look up the quest on thotbot.com for the location swim down click the tablet and there is a quick bit of exp for you.

Don’t forget to shout out “Anyone for questing?” in this zone because being alone is like being a deer in a forest full of hungry wolves. . .and you will get pulverized quick if you are by yourself. This is a madhouse of alliance and horde running the same quests at the same time competing for kills. If you kill a member of the opposing faction, they will usually gather friends to kill you back—so you find some buddies to return the favor. It can be very distracting.

Head North out of grom gol along the beach til you get to the first troll camp. Turn right and head into the forest til you reach the river. You should see Nessing’s camp to the right. Go there and pick up all the quests except for the book quests (collect pages). Now you should have at least 3 quests to kill trolls (ears, tusks, and necklaces) and 3 quests to kill monsters (raptors, young panthers, young tigers).

Young panthers are south, across the bridge. Young tigers are around nessing’s camp. Take those out first. Turn in the quest. Slightly to the north and west is a plateau with the regular panthers, regular tigers, regular raptors. In addition there are some trolls up here—kill those as you go to get that collection done. Once you’ve killed the animals turn in those quests and get the next set of quests (elder tigers, shadow panthers, lashtail raptors). The elder tigers are west of Nessing’s camp further in from the young tigers and south of the plateau you were on earlier. Kill em and turn it in for the final quest in that series. If you haven’t finished the troll ears, get it done and turn it in and you’ll pick up a quest to kill lashtail raptors. Kill those raptors and turn those quests in for double credit.

You still have a bunch of quests in your log. Look up how to do them and go after it. Thotbot will warn you about the quests that are a waste of time. Focus on kill quests (kill x number of y) rather than collection quest (bring me X number of Y).

Leveling Efficient Grinding (World of Warcraft user interface)

Learning to efficiently grind in world of warcraft can lead to better understand of the game, and, more importantly, more money and better experiance in a solo environment. Everyone grinds, whether we like it or not, so i will help you be able to make it more fun, and more efficient.

Firstly, what you grind is INCREDIBLY important. You should probably grind humanoids exclusively, they tend to have mobs that go down faster, and drop cloth for first aid and/or auctioning. There are a few exceptions to this rule though, if you are a skinner, you should grind beasts or dragonkin. Also, every now and then there are a few more exceptions, such as turtles in dustwallow(INCREDIBLE DROPS AND EXPERIANCE FOR THAT LEVEL!). In most situations though, humanoids are alot better to grind.

Secondly, know what you are grinding. Know where they spawn, what TYPES they are, what those different types USE (as far as abilities and spells), and most importantly : KNOW IF THERE IS A QUEST OR CHAIN OF QUESTS LEADING TO WHAT YOU PLAN TO GRIND! This may seem like common sense, but i assure you many people do not use a simple and fast tool called….THOTTBOT.COM… it will help you find mobs to grind, stuff that drops something you want, and quests!

Thirdly, while grinding, make use of your class to ITS FULLEST. Mana dumping may not always be the best choice for taking down a mob, try to kill mobs fast, but without losing much mana or health points, this will lead to shorter ammounts of time between the fights, allowing for more experiance per hour or drops per hour. Mages, make friends with mages and exploit them for their water early and often, every time you have to go grind, get food and water from a mage, in plentiful ammounts. This will assure you don't spend excess money on buying food or water. Another thing, bandages, while good, are not effective unless you have them created, do not use them unless you have them because cloth sells very well on most servers.

Fourthly, to deal with boredom, there are MANY solutions.
-Angle your computer in a position where you can watch tv and grind at the same time.
-Listen to music(lol, obvious?).
-Ventrillo and teamspeak with friends helps time pass VERY WELL.
-The phone can also help ALOT.
-This one will sound stupid, but simple homework(busy work, if you are a student) can also be done.
-This one may sound the wierdest, but if you know how to self hypnotise or meditate, it can give you the focus you need to do a long session of grinding(i have done this many times, thanks to a grade principle at my school who taught me to self hypnotise to keep my focus.

NOW FOR THE CLASS EXPLANATIONS!!!!

Warrior : Slow, high max damage weapon, with lots of attack power gear is IDEAL.
-Open with charge when you can get away with only pulling ONE MOB, more than one mob will slow you down because you will have to rest for a longer ammount of time. If the situation looks iffy for the pull, go ahead and pull with your ranged weapon, no reason to take a chance. ALWAYS execute whenever your mob is below 20%, until then, use your instant attacks(mortal strike if you got it is great!) for more sustained dps, and alot of burst damage. *** IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH MANA FOR A BATTLE SHOUT USE IT, YOU SHOULD HAVE BATTLE SHOUT UP ALMOST ALL THE TIME, IT INCREASES YOUR DPS ALOT***. At this point, you may need to rest, but if the mobs are green you should be able to just slice through them, in which case chain pulling is, indeed, awesome.

Priest - This one is a strange one to grind with, but can be very good in the right hands. Shadow spec is important, with, hopefully, improved power word shield. Lots of int/stam/spirit gear is good.
-Open with a self power word shield, pull with mindblast and cast shadow word pain. Mindflay while the mob is running at you, if you are facing a caster mob, you may need to silence at this point. Reshield if needed whenever. Mind blast as soon as the cooldown up, and when your not mind blasting, use mindflay.
***A SPECIAL NOTE ON SILENCE, NEVER SILENCE AT THE VERY VERY START OF A SPELL, USE IT WHEN YOU THINK ITS ABOUT 1/2 to 3/4 DONE, THIS WILL SAVE YOU FROM 1 OR 2 MELEE ATTACKS, WHICH IS AMAZING***

Druid - i could tell you how people believe druids cannot grind, but this is UNTRUE, i have played a druid the entire game, and i tell you, they do it more efficient than most. Important note, spirit is nice, but not mass spirit for your "grinding gear", try to use stamina/strength/intel. Feral combat is nice, but also not needed. (next patch it will freaking own though).
***The best part about druid is that it doesn't need rest 95% of the time, you can be in bear form and not take much damage, switch and heal, because you regen mana while in forms, keeping you at 100% mana almost all the time***
-As a druid you can choose to moonfire/faerie first(optimal), then flip to bear and spam maul. When the mob dies, you can switch to heal and rejuve and go to the next mob. VERY SIMPLE.

Mage - Very good, because you can make your own water/food and can avoid combat very easily. Ill explain how to grind as a fire mage, but you can easily apply it to frost.
-Open with fireball fireball, and continue to cast fireball until the mob reaches you, when it reaches you, frost nova and SIDESTEP(SIDE STEP IS FULL MOVE SPEED WHILE BACKSTEPPING IS NOT AS FAST) until max range, use fireball 1-2 more times, at this point it will be dead or close to dead and you can fireblast/scorch it to finish. Again, a very simple grind class.

Hunter - I love grinding as a hunter, pet's make it very easy to be entertained imo. The main thing is that it is very easy to forget to buy a full bag of arrows/bullets, please take extra special care in doing so!
-Probably the simplest of all classes, pets tank very well, and the dps is strong. So open with pet running in, aimedshot, concussive shot and autshoot it, serpent sting and rapid shot every time the cooldown is up. Mana is not a problem, usually the pet does not sustain much damage. IF YOUR PET TAKES DAMAGE, IT IS A VERY GOOD IDEA TO USE LOWER LEVEL BANDAGES ON HIM, IT CUTS DOWN ON TIME AND MANA.

Rogue - Rogues really do not have any trouble grinding, and i feel silly in even writing this. IMO a good, slow main hand is key to maximum damage verses mobs. You won't take much damage do to high dodge and very fast killing. Rogues can chain kill many mobs at a time without rest, i have done 15-20 mobs without even using a bandage on my rogue.
-As a rogue, it is a good idea to open with cheapshot. If there is 2 mobs, sap one and kill the other. Pretty much exclusively using Sinister Strike and Eviscerate with enough points. SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE. i dont know how you can mess this up :O.

Warlock - One of the hardest for me to explain, because there is so many different ways of doing this. You can use either the soullink build or the affliction build, even a destruction build can be used. Whichever suits you, go for it.
-Some say, use dot's and whatnot. In my opinion, the best way to do this is to spam shadow bolts, and when you are low on mana you can mana drain a mob with mana or life drain a mob when your low hp. I like to use a succubus because they do decent damage, and when an add comes you can always seduce. Warlocks are very mana dependant, and you should take this into mind when preparing for a long grind.

Shaman - Shaman grind very well with a slow 2hander and windfury. Enhancement build is a very good choice for grinding, because you do not use much mana to kill the mob, and you can use your mana to heal yourself in between fights.
-Open with a lightning bolt pull, then melee to death. A good strategy i have found is to drop a manaspring totem, a strength of earth totem, and a searing totem, and pull every mob to your totem setup, that way you get max mana effictiveness of your totems, and don't redrop them for each mob.

Paladin - Very slow if you do not know what you are doing, but can be fast if you do.
-A seal of command build with a good two handed weapon is almost necassary, except for one exception i will explain in a sec. It is a good i deal to judge crusader and apply seal of command, this will increase your dps when your seal procs. You really won't take much damage, and when you are in trouble, shields freaking own.
-Alternate grinding strategy, very effective in mid 50's and grinding undead in epl/wpl. Go for a protection build(with an option of soc) and a good shield/1h weapon. Pull 3-5 undead mobs and apply holy shield, holyshield + redoubt will be significant dps on there own, BUT exorcism and holy wrath will occasionly significantly increase your dps. Reapply holyshield as necassary, and you should have no problem, alternate ideas would be to use shield spike and retribution aura, which will lead to more damage.

Horde Leveling 1-60 (Warcraft video)

horde leveling 1-60

This will be the horde section of my leveling guides, and like the alliance one, it assumes that you are on a PvP server. If you are not on a PvP server, feel free to use both guides to your advantage, though I still would suggest these places because they are more advantageous to that race just because of the cities etc.

The horde has four races: Undead, Troll, Tauren, and Orc. Three of them start on the horde or western continent, and the other, Undead, starts in the Eastern Kingdoms, nears the north. Both of these places have leveling for all classes, though I will recommend traveling to quite a few places. Like the other guide, I recommend going through all instances one can at their particular level, as they provide nice loot to help in solo leveling.

Level 1-10

Like alliance, level 1-10 is a solo experience for all of the classes, with basically a quest-based leveling that turns out to be very fast. All that is really necessary is to stay in the newbie section of the zone and branch out when quests are complete. I will be going race by race through the guide, though after level 30 I will go by zone, because by that time it will be easy to travel throughout the world, and all races can go through all zones.

Undead

Undead start in Tirisfall Glades, which has good leveling till at least 10, and can be pushed to 11. You can get quests right in the Cathedral where you start, and upon reaching level 6, one can travel just a little to the east to Brill for more quests. They are all in the vicinity, though a few will ask you to go to Silverpine Forest (this is for level 10-12, so keep them). There is no threats really, just stay away from the far northeast of the zone, as there are level 40 elite mobs there.

Tauren

The Taurens' home is Mulgore, where players will start in the southern part of the zone. The town there has a few quest chains to get you started, but once you find you are out, head a little to the north to Bloodhoof Village, which houses more quests. Upon level 8-9, one should make a trip to Thunder Bluff for more quests as well as trainers and equipment.

Trolls

Sen'Jin Village is the home of the Trolls, located in Durotar. It is in the very south of the zone, and should be a good place to go through level 10. Once you get higher up, you can head to Razor Hill, which has more quests, and then further up to Orgrimmar.

Orcs

Orcs also start in Durotar, but in Razor Hill. You can complete the same quests as the Trolls, and then head to Sen'Jin for more.

All Classes

It shouldn't take more than a few hours to reach level 10, most of the quests are easy and require killing monsters which give exp. You can get items that you need for killing harder monsters. Once you reach level 10 or 11, the options are pretty tight, but still make easy leveling.

Level 10-20

These levels take a more straightforeward approach, especially when one is playing horde. The classes are a lot more centralized, giving more opportunities for leveling together with other horde members and being a little safer if on a PvP server.

I reccomend that all races take a trip to Ogrimmar, and go through the instance Ragefire Chasm. It has good loot and is quick exp, especially with some quests that you can get right outside of it, as well as in the Barrens.

Troll, Orc and Tauren

Level 10-16/18 for these three classes is in one zone, which is gigantic. The Barrens is home to two outposts, many many quests, and three Instances. Technically there is a way to level from 10-22+ here, but it is probably easier to split it up from 10-18/20 and then come back at higher levels for two of the instances. You will want to run from Orgrimmar or Mulgore to the Barrens which is only one zone away from each of the newbie zones. You will want to make your way to the middle of the zone, where you will find The Crossroads. This place is full of quests that require you to travel around the zone and kill many different places. You will also want to take a trip to Rachet when you are around level 13 or 14, as there a quests for The Wailing Caverns, a great instance for level 15-18.

Furthermore, once you get to level 16-18, you can go south to Camp Taurajo, which is right near the Mulgore zone. There are higher level quests there if you want to keep leveling in the Barrens.

If you want somewhere new to go, around level 18 or 19, you can head to Stonetalon Mountains, which is a good place to level for the upcoming grind.

Undead

Personally, I would reccomend that Undead players take the same path as the other three classes, and take the Zepplin outside the Undercity to Durotar and go to Orgrimmar. Even so, Silverpine Forest serves as a good place to go for level 12-13, as there are some quick and easy slaughter quests. I would also reccomend that undead head to Ragefire Chasm and run the instance inside Orgrimmar.

Level 20-30

Leveling starts to slow down a bit, but there are plenty of zones and choices at this point. I would assume that by now all people are in the Barrens/Stonetalon Mountains, and start by heading to Sunrock Retreat in the middle of Stonetalon Mountains. You can quest there which will lead you to the goblins and humans of the digging company to the east, the Nightelf and Centaurs to the north, and to the Harpys to the west. This should be sufficient leveling to 25 or so, but there is a second option.

You can travel north of the Barrens to Ashenvale. There is a town to the north-northeast part of the zone, a good housing to quests. You can come here before Stonetalon, but I would suggest being at least level 25, as even though there will be a few green quests, the majority of them will be your level.

Furthermore, there is a level 28-31 instance in Ashenvale, Blackfathom Depths. There is some nice loot, and a run or two wouldn't be a bad idea. If this doesn't suit you, there is a second instance you can run at the very south part of the barrens, Razorfen Downs. You can check loot tables for the instances here, which is a great place to find out where you want to run to get better equipment.

Level 30-40

You may be a little above level 30, but it should be time to move on to new zones with new quests and instances. I am going to list zones and some good places to go (mostly where the quests are) instead of going by race, as everything is easily acessable with a little bit of travel.

First of all, since we are already out west, it would probably be best to travel to Desolace, which is south of Stonetalon Mountains. There are many opportunities there for questing, which can boost you up from 30-35 pretty quickly. You can head down to the southwest shoreline to find Shadowprey Village, but if you come here at 30, you will probably want to find the encampment in the Kodo Graveyard, on the eastern side. There you can do quests that relate to all of the centaur tribes, and get a great deal of grinding experience. Once you get up to 33 or so, I would reccomend Shadowprey's quests. There arn't any large chains, but you can get a level or two from all of them.

Another option, which is also highly reccomended is Hillsbrad Foothills. On PvP servers this zone can be a huge zone for ganking and PvP, but it also holds a great deal of quests to get players through 5-10 levels easily. If you come at 30, there may be one or two green quests, but they are all quest chains and will lead to elite quests for good exp and rewards. I reccomend going here first and doing the quest as much as possible, then heading to other zones such as Arathi Highlands and Stranglethron Vale.

As mentioned above Arathi Highlands is a great place to level after Hillsbrad. You will recieve one quest for this zone in Hillsbrad, and then you will be asked to turn in the quest to somebody from Hammerfall, located in the northeast section of the zone. Here there will be many quest chains, a lot of slaughter quests for fast exp, and not that many opposing alliance. In the middle of the zone there is an alliance city, so stay away from that part as the guards are level 42.

If you have gone in the order said above, you should be well on your way to 36 or 37 if you only did quests and then left the above zones. I would head to Straglethorn Vale. The easiest way to get there is to take the Zepplin from either Tirisfal or Durotar, and you will end up right in the beginning town, Grom'Gol Base Camp. There are plenty of quests that involve killing in the north and around the base camp, a pretty safe area in general. As you get a little higher in levels, you will have to advance further south, and eventually you can run all the way south to Booty Bay, which is a Goblin Town. There are a lot of options questwise there, and this should eaisly get you to 40. Even though there are a multitude of zones, there are a few other reccomendations.

Instances

There are a few instances you can travel to between 30 and 40, all of which hold some nice loot for all classes. I would definatly, as said in the alliance guide, suggest that all levelers go to Scarlet Monestary , there are great loot and exp opporunities. Even so, I've found that Razorfen Downs in The Barrens, as well as Uldaman in the Badlands are host to great loot and quests as well. Although you have to travel around to find the quests, consult the links to find out who to talk to for the quests. If you get sick of the solo thing, definatly check out these instances.

Level 40-50

Level 40-50 slims down a bit from 30-40 in places to go, but there are still many quests to go. I would suggest finish up Stranglethorn Vale if you havn't already done so, and then taking a trip back to the Western side of the world.

Feralas is a good place to level at 40, with mobs starting at 38 and rising all the way to 48 or 50. You can stay there for quite some time, with access coming from Thousand Needles. You can find the encampment in the middle of the zone, just keep following the path.

The other place I suggest is also next to Thousand Needles, but is to the south, not west. If you follow the Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles you will come to Tanaris. Right when you arrive there you will be next to Gadgetzan, the main base for the zone. It is another goblin city, your main place for quests etc. You will want to complete those quests, and upon hitting 44 or 45, start forming Zul'Farruk groups. It is an instance in the northwest of the zone, and like usual, houses great exp and loot, along with some quests. These two zones alone should take you to level 48 or 49, though if you want another zone, there is a good alternative, although more alliance based.

Traveling back to Hillsbrad Foothills, if you go to the northeast, you can find The Hinterlands. This zone has a lot of alliance, and the town is a little hard to get too, so I would suggest not going until level 48 or 49. There are tons of quests for horde at the town, which is located in the very southeast of the zone, below the cliffs. There is a ramp to get down, as jumping will result in death. You may want to find a partner, just in case there are alliance around, because this seems to be one of their prime leveling spots for the high 40's.

Level 50-60

These levels are more grinding instances and soloing, but there are quite a few zones you can visit. If you are already in Tanaris, head to the southwest and take the ramp down to Un'Goro Crater . If you head to the central-north part of the zone, there is a town with quest givers. If you happen to be 55+, you could head further west to Silithis, but you may need to go to a few other zones until you hit 55 or higher. I reccomend Silithis for level 55+, as a lot of the new quests give 6k+ exp and really good exp, they are level 59-60, and not really strong.

Furthermore, you can travel north in the western continents to the three adjacent zones Azshara, Felwood, and Winterspring. All host 50-55+ quests and plenty of them. With these five zones there should be no problem to leveling.

Furthermore, instancing at 55-60 is amazing, and can even be done at 52. From 52-55, I reccomend Atal'Hakkar. When you get 55+, you can do either Scholomance Stratholme Dire Maul or my personal favorite Blackrock Depths. The last 10 levels have a lot of possibilities even though they can be slow at times, just keep going and try to get groups in Orgrimmar for the instances, or you can solo in any of those zones, or even the Plaguelands.

Easy(AFK) Weapon Skill Lvl'ing (Warcraft tft)

This is in no way a new strategie, but I havn't seen it listed anywhere. I find this particularly useful on a lvl 60 character, as you can simply go afk and let your skill rise :)

Step 1 - Fly to Netherguard Keep, Blasted Lands.
Step 2 - Travel to 42,30ish where you will find mobs of humanoids. One of the mobs is called a "Servant of Sevine".
Step 3 - Clear your way to the servant, and agro the servant.
Step 4 - Kite this mob back to netherguard keep, and move it into the southern tower.

Here you must lose agro, and let the elite guards inside the keep tank the mob. Once you have lost agro, you are free to hit the mob, and go afk whilst your skill rises. If you are familiar with the quest involving these mobs, then you will know that you have to cog a crystal for the mob to die. Obviously there crystal is not cogged, and so the mob stays on 1% until a GM decides to despawn it :) (which usually takes 24hrs+ due to the obscure locale.) I'm sure you could pull the mob elsewhere for horde, although I am unfamiliar with the horde camps in that area. I would imagine you could do the same thing by kiting the mob to the horde camp in the south of the Swamp of Sorrows.

Money [Grind + Cash Guide] Grinding Your Mid 40's Away (Warcraft beta)

** NOTE: I tried posting this directly to the wow Strategies forum but don't see it appearing after a few hours so retrying as a formal submission. **

I tried to search MPS for reference to this but didn't yield anything so allow me to share. Apologies if this is a repeat in any form. I've benefited since joining MPS about a month ago so now would like to contribute something back.

Location: Feralas (http://www.thotbott.com/index.cgi?m=14742)
Mobs: Woodpaws
Type: Humanoid
Mob Level Range: 40-43
Cash: 3/5
Loot: 3/5 (decent greens drop rate and lots of mageweave)

Ideal Classes: All (but rogues will benefit most due to PP)

Note the density depicted in the link above. To be effective for grinding purposes, a spawn site has to have plentiful mobs and ideally a reasonably good spawn rate. Your only downtime should be occassionally bandaging or eating combined with creating more bandages. ;) Those things and an ability to rapidly mow through the mobs with good xp return rate. This location has that for all classes I believe but as a rogue, it was stellar.

The camp is huge and the respawn is on a relatively short timer. This camp can serve 2-3 people farming it without much issue and repops can keep up. I developed a loop on the Western side of the camp and just kept making laps. 40% of the mobs are casters which makes them very soft targets. Of the remainder, 25% or so are "hunters" with rifles and the final 35% are straight up melee that chage you. These guys do run when low on health to get a friend so be mindful of that. It wasn't an issue for me but heads up given.

Here is the strategy I employed that took me from 46-47 in good time at a rate of 24k xp/hour, netted me 240+ mageweave, 60+ silk, roughly 40+ junkboxes that skilled me up from 200 lockpicking (gave others to guildies to help them skill up) and if I recall, about 20 greens and 3 blue items. All in all, in gold I picked & looted + vendor trash + AH items, it was on average 20g+ an hour.

Strategy:
Get familiar with the camp and identify escape trajectories in case you need them. Lots of good run off space so it shouldn't be a problem. If you are a rogue, stealth up and either a) perform the loop and PP them all ahead of time or PP as you go. I chose to PP first them straight up melee through them for efficiency sake. Then just kill, loot, rinse, repeat.

There you have it. Not terribly complex but a pretty good spot overall. You could probably do the camp as early as 44-45 given the mobs vary in range from 40-43. I've found that optimum pace and dmg dished vs. damage taken seems to hit a sweet spot at around the -3 mark. This was true when I was in STV and doing the VC gnomes as well and it proved the same here. When you outgrow these, you can move West past the mountains and hit up the large Ogre camp as well. Lots of casters there as well.

Fishing +Cooking 1-300 (Forums Warcraft)

it will take you a minimum of 11 hours to complete this, but more likely about 14-15.

So let's start:

Go to your fishing trainer and cook and pick up Fishing and Cooking skills.
Buy a fishing rod and a stack of shiny baubles (a lure that adds +25 to your fishing skill).
Your now ready to begin.

horde

Best place to start is in Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore.
Go speak to Harn Longcast and buy Brilliant Smallfish and Longjaw Mud Snapper recipes off of him. Now start fishing in Stonebull Lake.
Equip your rod and then apply the shiny bauble lure to it, as this will make catching fish easier. You'll want to catch about 60 Brilliant Smallfish and this should take about 40 minutes. You'll find that by the time you have caught 60 Brilliant Smallfish, you'll also have about 30 Longjaw Mud Snappers. Once you have 60, cook them. You can either build your own fire or jog back to Harn Longcast and use the fire in front of him. Cook the Brilliant Smallfish, then at level 50 start cooking Longjaw Mud Snappers (after learning the recipe you bought earlier).
You'll need to go and catch Longjaw Mud Snappers now and the best place for these is the pond in Orgrimmar by Lumark the Fishing trainer (I know you've been catching quite a few where you are, but the 'drop rate' is a lot better in Orgrimmar).
Between levels 50 and 75 go learn journeyman fishing and cooking.
You'll now need to catch about 30 Longjaw Mud Snappers to get your cooking up to 100.
Now go to Tarren Mill in Hillsbrad and buy Bristle Whisker Catfish recipe off of Derak Nightfall.
Go to the river to the East of Tarren Mill and fish for Bristle Whisker Catfish. Depending on your cooking level, your going to need about 80-100 of these to get it up to 175.
Between levels 125 and 150 go learn expert cooking from trainer. You'll need to go to Booty Bay and buy a book for your Fishing level. Speak to Old Man Heming and buy the book Expert Fishing: The Bass and You.
Once your up to 175 cooking, go to Shadowprey Village in Desolace. Speak to Wulan and buy Mithril Head Trout recipe and start fishing on the pier there. Your going to need about 60 of these to get your cooking up to level 225.

At this point you should now have level 225 fishing and level 225 cooking. If your not level 35 yet, then this is as far as you can go. If you are level 35+ then you have two quests to complete before you can continue.

First quest: Cooking
Requirements: Level 35, 225 Cooking.

Go to Gadgetzan in Tanaris and speak to Dirge Quikcleave. He is in the tavern. He'll want you to bring him 12 Giant Eggs, 10 Zesty Clam Meat and 20 Alterac Swiss. You should actually be able to buy the eggs and clam meat off of AH, but in case you can't here's where to find them. Now according to the quest Giant Eggs drop off of Rocs in Tanaris or any large bird. The best place I found for the eggs, was the owlbeast in The Hinterlands. Only needed to kill about 20 of these to get my 12 eggs. They are about level 43 ish, so if your not that high a level, get help or wait till you can handle them. The clam meat comes from clams, naturally! Well to save you swimming around the sea looking for clams, your better off killing turtles at Steamwheedle Port or Raventusk Village. The drop rate is quite high and you'll have your clam meat in no time. The levels are 41 ish for Steamwheedle Port and 49-50 for Raventusk Village. The Alterac Swiss is the easiest part. Go to Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands and buy them off of the Inn Keeper. Hand them all in and you'll get your Artisan Cooking.

Second Quest: Fishing
Requirements: Level 35, 225 Fishing.

You need to go and find Nat Pagle in Dustwallow Marsh. He is standing on a small island to the West of Theramore (58,60). He'll ask you to catch four rare fishes for him. This quest is actually really easy and the only hard part is the amount of travelling involved. The fish you need to catch are:

Feralas Ahi - If you ride out West from Camp Mojache and fish the Verdantis River where the small bridge is by the Ogres, you'll soon catch one.

Sar'theris Striker - Ride a little South out of Shadowprey Village and your there. Make sure the area comes up as Sar'theris Strand.

Savage Coast Blue Saffin - Just outside Grom'gol Base Camp. Make sure the area comes up as Savage Coast.

Misty Reed Mahi Mahi - Directly East from Stonnard. Just avoid the Murlocs.

You should catch these fish within 5 to 10 casts at each location. So it wont take long. The best order I've found to do this quest in is; (assuming you don't already have all the flightpaths) From Dustwallow, ride to the Great Lift and then head West through Thousand Needles to Camp Mojache in Feralas - From Feralas, ride North West into Desolace and onto Shadowprey Village - From Desolace, fly to Thunderbluff - Fly to XR - Fly to Orgrimmar - Get Zeppelin to Grom'Gol Base Camp - Ride North to Duskwood - Ride East to Deadwind Pass - Ride through Deadwind Pass to Swamp of Sorrows.
Now go back to Nat and get your Artisan Fishing.

Ok, so your now at level 225 in both cooking and fishing and you've done your Artisan quests. Time for the home stretch.

Go to Steamwheedle port and speak to Gikkix, You'll want to buy the following two recipes: Spotted Yellowtail and Poached Sunscale Salmon.
Now go to Raventusk Village in the Hinterlands and fish for Spotted Yellowtails. You'll need about 30 to get your cooking from 225 to 250.
Now go to Bloodvenom Falls in Felwood and fish for Sunscale Salmon. You'll need about 30 to get your cooking from 250 to 275.
Now go to Camp Mojache in Feralas and speak to Sheendra Tallgrass and buy the recipe for Mightfish Steak. Whilst your there buy about 40 Hot Spices and 40 Soothing Spices as your going to be making the food that you will want as a level 60 (without going into instances that is). It gives a +10 stamina buff for 15mins which is always helpful.
Now go to Scalebeard's Cave in Azshara (its one of the islands to the East) and fish for Mightfish. You'll need about 30 to get your cooking from 275 to 300. You may need to bring some lures with you at this point, as your cooking will level up faster than your fishing and Azshara is a 250+ fishing zone. Once your cooking is a 300, keep fishing till you've maxed out that too. It will take 7 to 10 catches to get one skill up at this point, so take your time.

alliance

Best place to start is in Elwynn Forest.
Go speak to Nyoma by Crystal Lake and buy the recipes for Brilliant Smallfish and Longjaw Mud Snappers. Now start fishing in Crystal Lake.
You'll want to catch about 60 Brilliant Smallfish to get your cooking from 1 to 50.
Now go to Stormwind City and fish the canals for Longjaw Mud Snappers. You'll need about 50 of them to raise your cooking to 100.
Between levels 50 and 75 go learn journeyman fishing and cooking.
Now go to Southshore and speak to Donald Rabonne and buy the recipes for Bristle Whisker Catfish and Mithril Head Trout.
Go to the river to the east of Southshore and fish for Bristle Whisker Catfish. You'll need about 80-100 of these to get your cooking to level 175.
Between levels 125 and 150 go learn expert cooking from trainer. You'll need to go to Booty Bay and buy a book for your Fishing level. Speak to Old Man Heming and buy the book Expert Fishing: The Bass and You.
Now go to the Lakes outside Stromgarde Keep in Arathi Highlands and fish for Mithril Head Trout. Your going to need about 60 of these to get your cooking up to level 225.

At this point you should now have level 225 fishing and level 225 cooking. If your not level 35 yet, then this is as far as you can go. If you are level 35+ then you have two quests to complete before you can continue.

Now go back to Nat and get your Artisan Fishing.

Go to Steamwheedle port and speak to Gikkix, You'll want to buy the following two recipes: Spotted Yellowtail and Poached Sunscale Salmon.
Either fish for Spotted Yellowtails at Steamwheedle Port or go to Raventusk Village (well not to it, just a little North of it) for the slightly better drop rate. You'll need about 30 to get your cooking from 225 to 250.
Now go to Bloodvenom Falls in Felwood and fish for Sunscale Salmon. You'll need about 30 to get your cooking from 250 to 275.
No go and speak to Vivianna in The Feathermoon Stronghold and buy the recipe for Mightfish Steak. Whilst your there buy about 40 Hot Spices and 40 Soothing Spices as your going to be making the food that you will want as a level 60 (without going into instances that is). Reputation Guide WG Reputation And Rewards (World of Warcraft serenity now)

The wow pvp system awards time and not skill, so if you don't have 12 hours a day for PVP'ing, going for exalted with one of the factions in the battlegrounds, will most likely get you better results gear-wise. The advantage of going for exalted with the BG factions is that your reputation gains aren't reliant on others, as it is with the PVP system, so you can gain rep when you want and it doesn't decay.

There are 3 battlegrounds; Alterac Valley (AV), Arathi Basin (AB) and Warsong Gulch (WG).

Warsong Gulch
Warsong Gulch is 10 vs 10 capture the flag. The games themselves are bracketed in the usual brackets (10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60) and the reputation scale to the lvl.

horde gains repuation with Warsong Outriders and alliance gain it with Silverwing Sentinels.

Reputation gains are as follows (wowwiki.com)

Quote: Honor Rewards
The game awards bonus honor to everyone on your side of the match for reaching certain goals. Those goals are:

capturing the opponents flag, rewards 396 honor (at level 60)
winning the match, rewards 198 honor (at level 60)
Honor for lower level matches scales down from the amounts given. Other scored events are not granted honor. These include: killing blows, picking up the opponent's flag, and returning your flag to your base. Honor is awarded for honorable kills as normal.

Winning a complete match (3 captures and the win bonus) gives you 1386 honor (at level 60). It also awards you 3 marks of honor. Turning in the quest for 3 marks of honor is worth an additional 396 honor points.

Losing a complete match (0 captures and a loss) gives you no bonus honor. The only honor you will accumulate will come from honorable kills. You will receive 1 mark of honor at the end of a loss, so you can still collect 3 and turn in the quest as given above.

During the Warsong Gulch Battlegrounds Holiday, you will earn double reputation bonus for each flag captured on your team. The winning team will earn an additional 990 bonus honor (at level 60) for completing the match, in addition to the usual 198 bonus. The losing team will earn 594 bonus honor at the end of the match. Thus a 3-0 match will award a total of 2376 honor to the winners, and 594 honor to the losers during the holiday.

Reputation
Flag Capture - 35 reputation for entire team (10 extra reputation on a Battlegrounds Holiday for a total of 45).
3 Marks of Honor - 50 reputation, or 100 reputation if done through Concerted Efforts or For Great Honor quests.

As can be seen, in this BG you really need to win, to be able to rep up properly. Therefore it's one of the more difficult ones (as opposed to AV), to rep up consistently. Pray your side is good :)

Exalted rewards
These are the lvl 60 rewards. There are also epic rewards for the 40-49 and 50-59 bracket. Check http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/factions/warsong/index.html for all the rewards.
